Giving a young AI career platform a clear first story — and a seven-person team a practical way to build it.

Translate a complex AI product into a brand people could understand and try.

JOBEE helps candidates create CVs, assess profiles and practise virtual interviews while helping recruiters connect with suitable talent. During the demo stage, it needed a recognizable value proposition and a joined-up channel plan.

As Team Leader, I led the market and content research, shaped the first content and brand direction, and coordinated seven team members from planning through user feedback.

    Position

Defined the USP and translated AI features into job-search outcomes that candidates and recruiters could understand quickly.

  3. 03

    Coordinate

Built the content plan, channel KPIs and Trello workflow; assigned responsibilities and monitored a seven-member team.

  4. 04

    Refine

Consolidated testing feedback and helped adjust feature messaging and the demo experience before the next iteration.

One value proposition.
Four practical outputs.

01 / Foundation

SWOT + USP

A strategic base for deciding what JOBEE should own, emphasize and avoid.

02 / Audience

User profiles

Candidate and recruiter needs framed the language, content topics and channel roles.

03 / Content

Channel plan

Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and the demo website each served a distinct communication job.

04 / Operations

Trello workflow

Clear ownership, deadlines and KPIs kept a student team moving through the launch.

05 / Feedback

Testing loop

User comments were grouped and translated into clearer messaging and product refinements.

06 / Learning

Clarity wins

AI became credible when the communication led with the career problem, not the technology.
